Fees & Payment Court requirements forbid an expert witness from having any interest in the outcome of the case, such interest in the outcome disqualifies the expert by compromising their neutrality. Fees are clearly stated in the Retainer agreement. All fees are required to be prepaid prior to the release of a verbal opinion or written report. |
